Getting Started

With our full- spectrum hemp oil we recommend that you start low and go slow. Everybody’s Endocannabinoid system dosing requirement is different. When finding your ideal dose of CBD oil, we recommend starting with one-quarter dropper 1-2 times per day during the first week, moving up to one half dropper during the second week. Three-quarters of a dropper during the third week and a full dropper on the fourth week. When you reach your effective dosage; maintain that amount even if it is less than the full dropper.

    I have been taking this product, the 2000 mg Caramel Macchiato, for about a month or so and I love it.
    Mostly I take it because it seems to be a great sleep aid for me, it also helps with sore muscles from gardening and home construction !!
    I take 0.25-0.5 ml about an hour and a half before bed, 4 – 5 nights a week.
